Standard Auto Parts Break-in – Theft

We don't usually post criminal activity on our pages, but it is our hope that sharing this information might hasten bringing some thieves to justice. Last night, Standard Auto Parts of Bristow (NAPA) was robbed. The thief, or thieves, smashed the front door glass to gain entrance and stole four Echo Chainsaws from the store.

Wilcox Oil Superfund Site Meeting Thursday

An open house is scheduled for Thursday, July 21st at the Bristow Public Library to discuss the Wilcox Oil Company Superfund site. There will be a presentation at the start to update the community on the field sampling planned to begin in September 2016. Following the presentation, EPA and ODEQ will be available to answer questions and discuss site activities.
