Edna E. Mitchell was born May 24, 1937 to Eddie and Eloise (Stallworth) Moore in Brewton, Alabama. She departed this life July 11, 2016 at the age of 79 years, 1 month and 17 days. Edna graduated from Southern Normal High School in Brewton, Alabama. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Tulsa University and then attended Oklahoma University where she received her Master’s Degree in Social Work. Edna worked as a licensed Clinical Social Worker for many years.
