Floyd Gene Everett Ledbetter was born December 20, 1958 to Lahoma Virgalene and Floyd Gene Everett Ledbetter Sr. in Bristow, Oklahoma. He worked as a cement finisher and enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time.
