Russell Ted Foutch, age 49, of Cushing, OK, departed this life to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, September 30, 2016, and his soul is now free. He was born February 14, 1967, in Tulsa, OK, to parents Ted and Patricia Ann Foutch. He graduated from Depew High School in 1985 and completed two years training at Central Vo-Tech. By trade, Russell was a welder and worked for Hughes Anderson Engineering in Tulsa for approximately 20 years.
