Phyllis Jean Rowe

May 13, 1952 – May 12, 2017

Phyllis Jean Rowe was born May 13, 1952 to William Lem and Pearl Christine Azlin in Wewoka, Oklahoma.  She departed this life May 12, 2017 at the age of 64 years, 11 months and 29 days.

Phyllis grew up attending Seminole Public Schools.  Phyllis Azlin and Hugh Rowe were united in marriage March 16, 1971 in Seminole, Oklahoma; to this union were born two children, Estella and Jack.  They made their home in Seminole and enjoyed nearly twenty years together.  Phyllis moved to Bristow in 1993 after the passing of her husband.  A very caring and compassionate woman, Phyllis worked tirelessly in the healthcare industry as both as a CNA and CMA.  Her family was her greatest joy.  She gave unwavering support towards any endeavor they would take on.  Her grandsons kept her young at heart; she treasured her time with them.  She loved to read books and her television could always be found on either the Mystery or Real ID channel.

She is survived by her children; Estella Rowe of Shawnee and Jack Rowe and wife Brandi Lalim of Bristow; one brother; Jerry (Butch) Azlin and wife Tia of Shawnee, four sisters; Juanita Essie Dees of Shawnee, Ann Robbins and husband Lee of Bristow, Elrita Baker of Bristow and Sandy Azlin of Bristow; and three grandsons, Jeramiah, Landen and Austen Rowe of Bristow.  She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.
