She had resided in Bristow since 1977. On June 1, 1996, she was united in marriage to Lynn Farmer. Barbara worked at Rainbow Healthcare Center for over ten years. As well, she was a member of the Bristow Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to the coffee shop and loved going on drives with friends and family. She especially loved playing with her grandkids.
