National Dance Day was started in 2010 by Nigel Lythgle (Producer) and Adam Shankman (Director) from the hit show ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ as a way to fight obesity and to remind everyone that healthy can be fun.
The event is Free, but there will be a small entry fee for the contests – and all winners will be determined by enthusiasm, NOT dance skills.
Donations will be accepted and will directly benefit the Performing Arts Departments at Bristow High School.
