Billie Colleen Lofty

Billie Colleen Lofty was born January 13, 1950 in Perry, Oklahoma to Colleen FawFaw and adopted by Pauline and James Piper.  She departed this life, June 3, 2017 at the age of 67 years, 4 months and 21 days.

She was raised in Modesto, California.  She moved to Oklahoma to take care of her ailing mother.  She loved her family dearly.  She was an elder member of the Otoe Missouria Tribe.

She is survived by her life companion, Bryan Gore; three daughters, Tanya Miller, Michelle Miller and Paula Lofty; grandchildren, Jackie Scaff, Melissa Palmer, Justin Palmer, Sarah Finley, Mia Fisher, Mila Fisher and Justin Alex Lofty; great grandchildren, Jasmine Strain, James Miller, Elaina Scaff, Bradley Scaff, Junior Scaff, Bianca Molina, Timothy Nestlerode, Colby Palmer-Varner and Addison Palmer-Varner.  Her ex-husband, Ronald Alex Lofty passed away on the same day.
