Deloris Charlene Miller

November 08, 1934 – April 28, 2017

Deloris Charlene Miller was born November 8, 1934 to John Franklin and Rossie Mae Williams in Bristow, Oklahoma.  She departed this life April 28, 2017 at the age of 82 years, 5 months and 20 days.

She graduated from Kellyville High School.  Deloris Charlene Williams and Junior Ray Miller were united in marriage January 18, 1954.  They lived in Sapulpa and later Oakhurst.  From this union were born ten children, Verdis, Billy, Arthur, Ida, Katherine, Nancy, Brenda, Delbert, Cora and Rhonda.  Junior and Deloris shared 40 years together before his passing in 1994.  Deloris loved her family dearly.

She is survived by four sons, Verdis Miller and wife Sharon of Tulsa, Billy Miller and wife Donna of Oklahoma City, Arthur Miller and wife Sandy of Tulsa, Delbert Miller of Joplin, Missouri; six daughters, Ida Walker of Bristow, Katherine Ball of Virginia, Nancy Miller of Tulsa, Brenda Miller of Pryor, Cora Miller of Mount Morris, Michigan, Rhonda Johnson and husband Nicholas of Bristow; two sisters, Judy Harris of Gypsy and Margaret Phillips of Adair as well as numerous grand and great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, four sisters and four brothers.

Graveside services will be held 12:00PM, Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
