Elmer Taylor

March 01, 1925 – June 05, 2017

Elmer Taylor was born March 1, 1925 to George and Viola Taylor in Pawnee, Oklahoma.  He departed this life June 5, 2017 at the age of 92 years, 3 months and 4 days.

He attended Chiloco Indian School.  He was united in marriage to Alice Blower March 26, 1960.  They enjoyed 48 years together before her passing in 2008.

Elmer retired from Kwikset Corporation. He enjoyed Indian painting and watching basketball games.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews and close friends, Frank and Margaret Keeter and George and Diane McMillan, along with numerous other relatives and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents, wife and sister.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00PM, Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Hutchins Maples Matherly Funeral Chapel with Reverend Billy Fechner officiating.
