Linda Kay Thompson

Linda Kay Thompson was born February 2, 1950 to Everett and Alma Reed in Bristow, Oklahoma. She departed this life August 23, 2016 at the age of 66 years, 6 months and 21 days.

Linda attended Bristow Public Schools. She also went to Nursing School at Sapulpa VO Tech. She worked at several nursing homes in the creek county area.

Linda Kay Reed and Ralph Thompson were united in marriage. They enjoyed many years together until his passing in 1999. She enjoyed playing bingo, doing crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her mother, Alma Reed of Bristow; daughter, Rhonda Keeling and husband, Randall of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; son, Roy Thompson of Bristow; four siblings, Helen Green, Janice Benson, William “Billy” Reed and Gina George all of Bristow. She was preceded in death by her father, husband, one sister, Anna Lee Graham and one son, Rocky Thompson.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00AM, Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at the Hutchins Maples Matherly Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at the Bristow City Cemetery. Condolences can be sent to www.hutchinsmaplesfuneralhome.com
