DONALD (CHIP) COOPER, D.O., FAMILY MEDICINE
Donald Cooper, Jr., DO, graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Medicine in 1978 and completed his internship at Tulsa Regional Medical Center in 1979. He is credentialed by the Oklahoma State Board of Osteopathic Examiners and he is also a Medical Review Officer.
Although Dr. Cooper is married with four children and four grandsons, he finds time for woodworking, running and fishing. He contributes to the community as a member of the Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness, has served as the Medical Director for the Tulsa Run, works with Habitat for Humanity and is a team physician for Bristow Schools.
