Connie Denise Lloyd Hacker was born April 23, 1961 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Bobby and Marilyn (Wise) Lloyd. She departed this life on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 55 years, 2 months and 19 days. Connie is survived by her parents; four sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Lloyd Jr.
