Ronald Dale Keeling was born September 18, 1949 to Aaron and Rachel Keeling in Blackwell, Oklahoma. He departed this life November 3, 2016 at the age of 67 years. He was a 1967 graduate of Blackwell High School. He later attended Central State University. He also attended Christ for the Nations. He served his country in the Army National Guard from 1968-1974.
