Bristow’s Tabouleh Fest and Wildflower Run really gets Bristow buzzing. It’s a celebration of a big part of Bristow’s heritage – and features live music, food, games, activities – and even a rodeo and pageant!

Over one hundred years Bristow has been home to several Lebanese immigrants.  Tabouleh is a Lebanese dish made of bulgur wheat. There are many different dishes that incorporate Tabouleh. So many that even the name Tabouleh has multiple spellings.  Ta-boo-lee is a staple for many families in this area.  Bristow is home to the Bishop Brother’s Taboli Factory and Slyman’s Lebanese Foods.  (You can find their products in your local grocery store.)
